Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. All items for sale in our store are in stock and ready for immediate delivery. We aim to have it picked and packed within 24 hours. Please then allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. Longer delivery periods may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.

 

Q. What are my shipping charges?

A. Touch Records Australia is pleased to announce free delivery on all items within Australia.

 

Q. Do you accept international orders?

A. We are happy to accept international orders, however please note that shipping charges will apply. All international orders are shipped by Air Post which takes 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch, but allow up to six weeks. Customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs. For a quote on international shipping charges please contact us at admin@touchrecords.com.au.

 

Q. What is your refunds and exchange policy?

A. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from our store, simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. New vinyl purchases will need to be returned in original unopened packaging in order for refund to be processed.

  

Q. How are pre-loved vinyl records graded?

A. Near Mint = The vinyl is virtually flawless, bright and shiny. A very minor, barely visible scuff or two may be permitted, but no scratches. The disc should play with no audible noise. The label is bright, clean and unmarked.

Excellent = Disc plays near perfectly, but may have minor paper scuffs that do not interfere with the sound quality. There can possibly be a hairline scratch or two but nothing that is obvious or affects play. Vinyl is bright and shiny; label is clean and unmarked.

Very Good = Some visible surface wear, very minor scratches and scuffs, but minimal impact on the sound quality. Vinyl will still have good luster; labels may have minor imperfections (small labels or initials, etc.) but otherwise clean.

Good = Vinyl will have noticeable scratches or scuffs that cause minor surface noise, but do not overpower the music. There will be no skips. Vinyl may appear somewhat dull and grayish. Labels may have small tears, tape marks, larger writing, etc. but still easily legible. There may be wear or deformation of the spindle hole.

Fair = Well-played, dull, grayish vinyl with deeper scratches and wear causing distracting surface noise (hisses, pops and cracks). The record should still play through without any skips. Labels may be significantly defaced or damaged.

Whilst every attempt is made to grade our pre-loved vinyl as accurate as possible, if for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your vinyl,  simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund.
